Welcome to 2026! We invite you to this sangha circle to set and share your new year’s intention. Session begins with a simple breathing exercise (pranayama) to bring attention to the present and a meditation practice. We’ll take a moment to reflect upon 2025 and welcome you to share your 2026 aspirations and intention with the group. Entry is free, feel welcome to bring family and friends.
