of the Mother Divine. As sleep, She is present in every being.
Yoga Nidra is an ancient sleep-based meditation technique that has the power to take
you to the innermost, deepest level of relaxation where your whole body and being is
permeated by peace of mind and profound stillness.
Yoga Nidra uses the biology of your sleep to progressively empty the contents of the
mind by moving through brain wave states where there are less and less thoughts.
It’s effortless. You don’t have to try because your body already knows how to do it.
The technique is composed of a series of body, breath and awareness techniques
designed to help you drop from the thinking mind via the feeling body and to use the
sensation in the body to slide into a state of pure being.
The Nature of The Self
The Self is eternal, timeless, and unchanging. It is what is present before, during, and
after subtle and gross come and go. It bears witness to all that passes through it.
The Brihadaranyaka Upanishads propose the core question: What is the single truth
that if known would solve everything?
What will guide us from untruth to Truth? From darkness to Light? From death to
Immortality (eternal life)?
Calming the fluctuations of the mind and resting in one’s true nature.
