50 hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training

Deepen your practice. Expand your teaching.

We are delighted to offer a 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training for yoga teachers who wish to deepen their understanding of Yin Yoga and integrate this powerful practice into their teaching.

Over the course of three immersive weekends, this training will explore the philosophy, anatomy and energetic dimensions of Yin Yoga, in the lineage inspired by Bernie Clark and Sarah Powers.

While many modern yoga styles focus on dynamic and muscular practices, Yin Yoga invites us to slow down and work with the deeper layers of the body. Through longer-held postures and a more introspective approach, Yin Yoga supports joint health, connective tissues and the cultivation of presence.

This training will provide both theoretical foundations and practical tools to help you confidently teach Yin Yoga in a safe, intelligent and meaningful way.

Participants will receive a 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training certificate upon completion of the program.

A practice of balance

In a world that often moves fast and values constant activity, Yin Yoga offers a space to slow down, listen and reconnect.

This training is an invitation to explore the quieter side of yoga — a practice that supports not only the body, but also awareness, presence and balance.

Through these six days together, you will deepen your understanding of Yin Yoga while cultivating a practice rooted in stillness, patience and attentive awareness.
